DAY 2
DAY 2 The group had a discussion to finalise our stories. There was a problem of cliche storylines that we decided to make our stories straight foward. Currently, we've decided on the story based on the fables, mecury and the woodman. The morale of the story, Honesty is the best policy. Our story will be based on a CNY event where a kid lost his ang pow and had asked his mom if she had seen it. His mom, wanted to test her child by giving him a bigger ang pow, however the kid said it wasnt his. To reward his honesty, his mom gave him all the ang pow which includes his initial ones. Then, his greedy elder brother tried to cheat his mom by pretending that his ang pow was missing, however his mom eventuali knew the truth. We are currently in the process of getting the script and all other paper works done. This includes script breakdown, scheduling, props & wardrobe, budgeting and casting. Casting was a little problem as it wasnt easy casting someone to play the role of the kid. For now, we have the cast to take up the kid role, however the talent is only free during the weekends and that adds in another constrain for us. |
