DAY 6

DAY 6
We began shooting today. 5 scenes were acomplished as planed eventhough we over ran for about an hour. We could have started on time. Since kento ( one of the main kid actor) wanted to wait for his mom to be back before he starts, we had to wait for quite sometime. There were also several other reasons for the over running of time such as setting handling other kid talents

It was very hard to control the other kid talents as they are very playful and loves to run around especially during takes. But lucky enough, we have mark who was able to help handle the kids well. The 2 main talents also have troubles controlling laughter during their scenes and we had to do more rehersals in between before they can perform.

Since we had our plannings properly done, we know more or less, the shot sizes, the angle and which scene to shoot at which time. This therefore help cut time and made us progress smoothly.

There was an incident where kento, was tired and reluctant to continue acting or wasnt really performing. Luckily their parents had some incentives for hem before hand. no good acting, no kfc.

Personally, today was the first time i had to deal with children in a production. Being the sound person of the day, it really annoys me to hear the kids screaming in the mike, but ive learnt to deal with it. Sometimes one have to have the patience so that things can go on nicely and smoothly.
The group did well today, that despite our allocated roles, we helped each other out. From taking production pics, to setting up of equipments, handling the talents as well as buying food for each other.

And here's some of the many production pics we took. ENJOY! Kento the main actor
